Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
All orders are prepped, packaged, and shipped by our team in San Francisco. Unless otherwise stated, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to ship. Expedited orders will usually leave our warehouse the next business day.
After the product leaves the factory, it usually takes 10 to 20 working days to receive the goods, depending on your alternative location.
RETURNS
Returns made within 30 days of the order delivery date will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment. Returns made after 30 days of the order delivery date will be refunded via an emailed e-merchandise credit. Made-to-order items cannot be exchanged or returned.
